Feng Shui Pearl makes no representation that materials in the website are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Description of Service

The Service is a web-based tool that allows users to use special Qi Men activations and Feng Shui activations. The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old. In order to use the Service, you must obtain access to the Internet, and you are responsible for obtaining and paying for any equipment or services necessary for such access.

You agree only to access the Service in ways provided by Feng Shui Pearl for accessing the Service. Feng Shui Pearl reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time for any reason. Feng Shui Pearl shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Account

To create an account with the Service, you must provide Feng Shui Pearl with a valid email address and a password for your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account with the Service, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You will immediately notify Feng Shui Pearl of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. Feng Shui Pearl will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. In order to use the service, you need a valid credit card.

Fees and Payment

• The Service is billed in advance on a monthly, bi-annual or annual basis (depends on you Plan) and is non-refundable.
• Payments will be charged on the day you sign up for a Service and will cover the use of that Service for a month, bi-annual or annual period as indicated.
• There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade accounts, or for months unused with an open account.
• We do not use the automatic rebillement. If you decided to continue using Service, it is your responsibility to purchase the Service every month (half of the year, year). It is your responsibility to renew the information about your card on time, if and when it expires. If you fail to provide the information, the account will be terminated.
• All fees are exclusive of all taxes or duties imposed by governing authorities. You alone are responsible for payment of all such taxes or duties.
• If you using the card in any currency other than US, you will be responsible for paying all the differences between currency and your bank fees.
• In case of an upgrade or downgrade of your account, your credit card will be charged with the new amount in the next billing cycle (on the date you have upgraded your account).
• Feng Shui Pearl expressly reserves the right to change or modify its prices and fees at any time with 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service after any price change indicates your agreement with the new fees and charges after the effective date of the change.

Cancelation

• You have a right to cancel the services at any point.
• You are solely responsible for the proper cancellation of your account.
• You can cancel your account at any time by clicking the "Cancel Account" button on the account page, and following the on-screen instructions on your company settings page. Any other way of communicating cancelations is not considered.
• There will be no refund if you cancel the Service before the end of your current, paid-up month (year or other term), and you will not be charged thereafter. There is no cancellation fee.
• In case of the Service cancelation before the end of your current, you will be provided the Service till the time your prepayment will run out. After this your account will be discontinued.

Delivery

All services provided through online loggin in to the account. You need to have device connected to the Internet, in order to get services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, you agree that you will not hold Feng Shui Pearl or our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, or representatives liable for any damages resulting from use of our services. We do not guarantee you any results available form usage of the services.

You use the services on your own risk.

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Feng Shui Pearl be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this website, even if Feng Shui Pearl or a Feng Shui Pearl authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
